발달장애인의 신체활동 관련 단일대상연구에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 CEC 질적 분석

A Systematic Literature Review and CEC Quality Analysis of Single-Subject Studies on Physical Activity for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 국내 신체활동 관련 단일대상연구의 연구 동향과 방법적 특성을 체계적으로 분석하고, CEC 질적 지표를 적용하여 연구의 질적 수준을 점검하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 최근 10년간 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 PRISMA 2020 지침에 따라 17편의 단일대상연구를 분석대상으로 선정하여, 일반적 현황, 연구 방법 및 중재 특성으로 나누어 분석하고, CEC 질적 지표를 적용하여 질적 수준을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 참여자 특성, 중재 설명, 종속변인 측정, 자료 분석 영역에서는 높은 충족률을 보였으나, 맥락·환경, 중재자 훈련, 중재 충실도, 일반화 및 사회적 타당도는 상대적으로 보고가 미흡하였다. 이러한 결과는 국내 신체활동 관련 단일대상연구가 핵심 방법론 요소에서는 일정 수준 이상의 질을 확보하고 있으나, 증거기반 실제로서의 신뢰성과 재현성을 강화하기 위해서는 연구 수행 맥락, 중재 실행의 충실도, 일반화 및 사회적 타당도에 대한 보다 체계적인 기술이 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to systematically examine research trends and methodological characteristics of single-subject studies on physical activity interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities in Korea, and to assess their methodological quality using the CEC quality indicators. Method: Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, 17 single-subject studies published in domestic academic journals over the past decade were selected and analyzed in terms of general characteristics, research methods, and intervention features, and their quality levels were evaluated based on the CEC quality indicators. Results: The results showed high levels of adherence in the areas of participant characteristics, intervention description, dependent variable measurement, and data analysis. In contrast, reporting was relatively insufficient in the areas of context and setting, interventionist training, intervention fidelity, generalization, and social validity. Conclusion: These findings suggest that while single-subject studies on physical activity for individuals with developmental disabilities in Korea demonstrate an adequate level of methodological quality in core components, more systematic reporting of research context, intervention fidelity, generalization, and social validity is required to enhance reliability and replicability as evidence-based practices.
