수사경찰관의 감정노동이 감정소진에 미치는 영향 연구 - 측정지표 개발 및 적용을 중심으로

A Study on the Effect of Emotional Lavor of Investigation Police Officers on Burnout : Focusing on Development and Application of Measurement Indicators

본 연구는 수사경찰관이 겪는 감정노동과 감정소진의 관계를 분석하여 정책개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위할 목적으로 수행되었다. 수사경찰관의 감정노동과 감정소진은 민간조직 구성원이나, 또는 다른 공공분야 조직 구성원과는 다른 특성을 가지고 있음에도 측정할 수 있는 지표가 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지표를 개발하고, 이를 실제 적용하여 모형의 가능성을 제시하였다. 측정지표개발을 위해 3단계의 과정 즉 FGE, 델파이, 통계적 검증과정을 거쳤다. 그리고 실제 수사관들을 대상으로 조사분석하였다. 결과, 측정문항의 도출과 이를 정제한 후 두 번의 타당성 검증을 거쳐 문항을 완성하였으며, 이를 적용한 결과 수사경찰관의 감정노동은 감정소진에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 수사기획자나 관리자는 수사경찰관의 감정노동과 이로 인한 감정소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 정책개발의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 타당성 검증의 엄격성이 완전히 충족되지 못한 한계가 있으나 처음으로 수사경찰관의 감정노동과 감정소진을 측정할 수 있는 지표를 개발하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of providing basic data necessary for policy development by analyzing the relationship between emotional labor and burnout experienced by investigative police officers. Although the emotional labor and burnout of investigative police officers have different characteristics from members of private organizations or other public sector organizations, there is no measurable index. In this study, these indicators were developed and applied in practice to present the possibility of the model. In order to develop measurement indicators, a three-step process, that is, FGE, Delphi, and statistical verification process, was performed. And the analysis was conducted targeting actual investigators. As a result, after deriving and refining the measurement questions, the questions were completed through two validity verifications, and as a result of applying them, it was found that the emotional labor of the investigative police officer had a significant effect on the burnout. These research results can be used as data for policy development that can reduce the emotional labor of investigative police officers and the resulting emotional exhaustion. This study has a limitation in that the rigor of validity verification is not completely satisfied. However, it is significant in that it has developed an index that can measure the emotional labor and burnout of investigative police officers for the first time.
