This study analyzed the current situation of the structural quality of public welfare inclusive kindergartens from the perspectives of class size and teacher-child ratio, teaching staff, and the material conditions. Furthermore, it identified problems existing in the structural quality of Inclusive kindergartens, such as the need to further strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and the inability of outdoor activity Spaces and game facilities to meet the needs of children.Based on the cause analysis, this study proposes strategies for improving the structural quality of Inclusive kindergartens: increase support for kindergartens and optimize the allocation of public welfare inclusive preschool education resources;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, establish a quality assurance system for kindergartens, and contact families and communities to provide support for Inclusive kindergartens.
本研究从班级规模和师幼比、师资队伍以及园所物质条件方面分析了普惠性幼儿园结构性质量的现状,进而提出普惠性幼儿园结构性质量存在教师队伍建设仍需加强,户外活动空间和游戏设施不能满足幼儿需求等问题。基于原因分析,本研究提出了普惠性幼儿园结构性质量提升的策略:加大普惠性幼儿园扶持力度,优化普惠性学前资源配置;加强教师队伍建设,构建普惠性幼儿园质量保障体系,联系家庭、社区为普惠性幼儿园提供支持。
