복지관 인지도가 AI 기반 복지서비스 수용성에 미치는 영향 연구: 이용 경험의 조절효과를 중심으로

The Impact of Welfare Center Awareness on AI-Based Welfare Service Acceptance: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Usage Experience

본 연구는 지역사회 복지관의 인지도가 AI 기반 복지서비스 수용성에 미 치는 영향을 분석하고, 복지관 이용 경험의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 2025년 자양종합사회복지관 욕구 조사 자료(N=382)를 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS Macro v4.2로 분석한 결과, 복지관 인지도는 AI 서비스 이용 의향, 서비스 개선 기 대, 지역사회 영향 인식 모두에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이용 경험의 조절효과가 유의미하게 검증되었으며, 미이용 주민 집단에서 인지도의 영향 력이 강하게 나타난 반면 기존 이용자 집단에서는 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 신뢰 전이 관점에서 기관 인지도가 AI 기술에 대한 심리적 진입 장벽을 낮추 는 기제로 기능할 수 있음을 시사하며, 이용 경험 유무에 따른 차별화된 접 근 전략의 필요성을 제시한다.

This study examined the impact of welfare center awareness on residents’ acceptance of AI-based welfare services, focusing on the moderating role of usage experience. Analysis of 2025 community needs assessment data (N=382) using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS Macro v4.2 revealed that institutional awareness significantly and positively influenced AI service acceptance across all three dimensions: intention to use, expectations for service improvement, and perceived community impact. Usage experience significantly moderated these relationships, with awareness exerting a strong effect among non-users but showing no significant effect among existing users. From a trust transfer perspective, these findings suggest that institutional awareness may serve as a psychological mechanism for lowering barriers to AI technology adoption, highlighting the need for differentiated strategies based on usage experience.
