The deep integration of generative artificial intelligence and educational digital transformation is reshaping educational models and redefining the role of teachers, which places new contemporary demands on the teaching competence of normal university students. Nevertheless, the current cultivation of normal university students’ teaching competence is still confronted with practical dilemmas such as lagging top-level design, structural shortage of resources, weak technical support, and disconnection in practical teaching. Fundamentally, these problems stem from the backwardness of the digital development of teacher education. Based on the urgent needs of educational digital transformation, this study proposes a four-dimensional path: unifying educational consensus, coordinating educational forces, consolidating technological literacy, and reconstructing practical scenarios. It aims to construct a new paradigm for cultivating normal university students’ teaching competence that adapts to the needs of future education, so as to provide support for advancing educational digital transformation and the construction of high-quality teaching staff.
生成式人工智能与教育数字化转型的深度融合,正改变教育的模式并重新定义教师角色定位,这种变革对师范生教学能力提出了新的时代诉求。然而,当前师范生教学能力培养仍面临顶层设计滞后、资源结构性短缺、技术支撑薄弱及实践断层等现实困境,归根结底源于师范教育数字化发展的滞后性。立足于教育数字化转型的迫切需求,提出凝聚育人共识、统筹育人合力、夯实技术素养及重构实践场景的四维路径,构建适配未来教育需求的师范生教学能力培养新范式,为推动教育数字化转型与高质量教师队伍建设提供支撑。
