乡村中小学教师信息化教学能力提升路径

Pathways for Promoting ICT Teaching Competence Among Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is driving the in-depth development of educational informatization and imposing new requirements on teachers’ information-based teaching competence. Owing to factors such as teachers’ subjective awareness, geographical differences and resource disparities, rural primary school teachers still face multiple dilemmas, including insufficient cognitive competence in information-based teaching, inadequate support from the information-based teaching environment, and a lack of information technology application skills. By clarifying the existing problems and exploring their underlying causes, this study puts forward solutions from the perspectives of stimulating teachers’ awareness of autonomous development, creating a sound atmosphere for information-based teaching, and strengthening training in emerging technologies, so as to provide references for improving teachers’ information-based teaching competence.

人工智能正推动教育信息化向纵深发展,对教师信息化教学能力提出了新的要求。由于教师主观意识、地域及资源差异等原因,乡村小学教师信息化教学能力仍然面临内在信息化教学认知能力不足、信息化教学环境支持不充分、信息技术应用能力欠缺等困境。通过厘清存在的问题及探究问题背后的成因,从激发教师自主发展意识、营造信息化教学氛围以及加强新兴技术培训等方面提出解决措施,以期为提升教师信息化教学能力提供参考。
