고령층 북한이탈주민의 인공지능 기술 인식이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향: 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로

The Impact of Older North Korean Refugees’ Perceptions of AI Technology on Their Satisfaction with Daily Life: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Social Capita

본 연구는 고령층 북한이탈주민(N=271)의 인공지능(AI) 기술 인식이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는 영향과사회적 자본의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, AI 기술 인식과 사회적 자본은 각각 삶의 만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, AI 기술 인식과 일상생활 만족도 사이에서 사회적 자본은 부(-) 의 조절효과를 나타냈다. 이는 사회적 자본이 낮은 집단에서 AI 기술 인식이 일상생활 만족도에 미치는긍정적 영향력이 더욱 강력하게 나타남을 의미한다. 결과적으로 AI 기술 인식이 관계망이 취약한 고령의북한이탈주민의 고립을 보완하는 역할로서 기능함을 실증하였다

This study analyzed the impact of AI technology perception on daily life satisfaction among elderly North Korean defectors (N=271), as well as the moderating effect of social capital. The results showed that, first, AI perception and social capital each had a significant positive (+) effect on life satisfaction. Second, social capital had a negative (-) moderating effect on the relationship between AI perception and daily life satisfaction. This implies that the positive influence of AI perception on life satisfaction is significantly stronger among groups with low social capital. Consequently, this study demonstrates that positive perceptions of AI technology can compensate for the lack of social capital and mitigate the isolation experienced by elderly North Korean defectors with weak social networks.
