The Effects of Game Attendance Factors on Team Attachment, Team Loyalty and Intention to Continue Watching Among Away Professional Baseball Fans

본 연구는 선행연구를 기초로 프로야구 원정 응원 팬의 관람 요인이 팀 애착, 팀지지 및 관람지속 의사의 관계를실증적으로 분석하여, 스포츠마케팅 및 여가학 측면에서 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 표집은 부산 사직야구장, 대구 라이온스 파크, 창원 NC 파크에서 경기를 관람한 프로야구 원정 팬을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 표본 선정은프로야구 관람자에게 설문의 목적과 체크 방법에 대해 설명한 후 비확률 표본 추출법 중 판단표본추출법을 사용하여총 390부의 설문지를 배부하였다. 본 연구를 통해 첫째, 원정 응원 관람요인의 하위요인 중 경기장 시설, 팀 관련은팀애착, 팀지지, 관람지속에 통계적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원정 응원 관람 팬의 팀애착, 팀지지는 관람지속에 통계적으로 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate The effects of game attendance factors on team attachment, team loyalty, and intention to continue watching among away professional baseball fans, Through this study, it aims to provide foundational data from the perspectives of sports marketing and leisure studies. The sample for this study consisted of away fans who attended games at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan, Daegu Samsung Lions Park and Changwon NC Park. After explaining the purpose of the survey and the method of completion to the participants, a non-probability sampling method specifically, judgment sampling was used to distribute a total of 390 questionnaires. The findings of this study are as follows. First, among the sub-factors of away fan viewing factors, stadium facilities and team-related factors were found to have a statistically significant positive effect on team attachment, team support, and the intention to continue attending games. Second, team attachment and team support among away fans were found to have a statistically significant positive effect on their intention to continue attending games.
