This study examined the effects of perceived peer relationships and resilience on the re-enrollment intention of Chinese international students. To achieve this, the sample was divided into four regions of South Korea—the Seoul metropolitan area, Gyeonggi Province, the Chungcheong–Jeolla region, and the Gyeongsang–Gangwon–Jeju region—with 75 participants recruited from each region, for a total of 300 respondents. Data were collected through an online survey, and 258 valid questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings are as follows. First, Chinese international students demonstrated above-average levels of peer relationships, resilience, and re-enrollment intention. Second, significant differences in peer relationships, resilience, and re-enrollment intention were found according to participants' personal characteristics. Third, both peer relationships and resilience showed significant positive relationships with re-enrollment intention. Specifically, among the subdimensions of peer relationships, peer acceptance and friendship had significant positive effects on re-enrollment intention. Among the subdimensions of resilience, social competence, positivity, and self-control were found to significantly influence re-enrollment intention.
