As the modern order is broken, in fact, the division of area between educational system became effectively indistinctly today. But, the basic identity of each field of study should be defined. and diverse education must be practiced and such education must be based on the identity. This need to be applied equally in publishing science field. The study of publication is ensure scientific identity proper theoretical education should be intensified. What is the reason why theoretical education in publishing intensified should be intensified? The reason is to confirm scientific the identity of publication study. Also that is need to secure. Then, which method can we reinforce the theorical education of the study. We must establish advanced theorical system by adopting or rejecting the theory of contiguity study. Publishing science research in Korea, though showing different states in its every sub-field, generally got out of an early-blinded step into the thresholds for the matureness. The tendency to approach publishing science with only industrial and technological frame may lead to an external viewpoint of functionalism and it has the risk of being understood that no theory but mechanism and technology is there. But properly accepting and developing adjacent science field, we can make much better the scientific status, and then will surely get industrial competitiveness power. As 21st century began, the warning emerged that even in Japan, one of the most forceful publishing nations, the collapse of publishing and the sinking phenomenon has already started. This warning can seem admitting publishing media's competitive inferiority in the race with other media. As a kind of effort, however, to overwhelm this external tendency, necessity of diversified theoretical groping is made up with.
