In this study, we reviewed 34 service quality related articles published in Korea and abroad over the past five years. Four different types of review methods were employed including descriptive analysis, theme and theory focused analysis, historical pattern based analysis and model focused analysis. As a result of analyses, it was found that many researhes and surveys have been carried out according to service industry. Various surveys regarding e-commerce and culture have also been carried out. This study is meangingful in wrapping up quality management related study up to now and in pointing out direction of future research in service area
