제3자물류가 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

this paper aims to identify critical logistics activity factors for logistics performance and suggest the improvement of logistics performance for korean firms that have adopted the third party logistics(TPL) system. the survey was conducted by the questionnaires compounded with 9 logistics activity variables and 2 logistics performances for 40 korean firms. the methodology used are composed of frequency, reliability, factor and regression analysis to find out major factors on logistics performance. the result shows that the performance of the TPL system was rather optimistic in the improvements of customer service and the reductions of logistics costs.
