As the scale of electronic commerce increases more and more, disputes in the electronic commerce also happen more frequently. If the litigation as a way of dispute settlement is used, the subject of jurisdiction emerges first. In this paper I examine U.S. domestic jurisdictional cases on electronic commerce because I am sure that U.S. case study must be preceded above all regarding the subject of jurisdiction in international electronic commerce. At any rate I wish this study will provide interested parties for some help, and international interest and cooperation will be more heightened to solve the subject.
