Paperless trade is likely to be realized in Northeast Asia area. Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance takes aim at paperless trade. APEC Ministers endorsed the development of a Virtual Electronic Commerce/Mutimedia Resourse Network to provide a reference base to continue raising awareness and exchanging information. APEC will realize the paperless trading by 2005 for developed and 2010 for developing country. The e-Asia Marketplace (e-AMP) Project in Japan or e-Trade Hub Project in Korea is a project aimed at creating a B-to-B EC business platform for all of Asia, including Japan, Korea as a secure trade environment for countries in this region. It is also aimed at developing a steadfast business infrastructure for Asian countries to use in coordinating activities as a global manufacturing center. This study deals with e-Trade Projects such as PAA, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub Project, ASEM e-Trade Project and Electronic Title Registry and Electronic Document Registry and Repository for the Korea e-Hub in Northeast Asia. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to study the e-trade projects in regard to Korea and to pormote Korean E-Hub in the Northeast Asia.
