D. Thomas sings that the eunuch's erotic and sexual desire is not more than the very day-dream presented by the movie stars, in his early poem, rOur Eunuch Dreams J included in his first anthology, Eighteen Poems, which is comparatively short but composed very elaborately and genuinely. The poet suggests, in part i, that death is included in the erotic (sexual) love, referring to the erotic(sexual) love. In part i, he represents the love which is shown by the movie stars is an only false and phantasmal day-dream; in part iii, he asks which of the two sleepings (dreams and movies, and the unreal and imagined world) is the real world. And then he suggests in the next part, that both of them(dreams and movies) are the unreal which is not more than only phantasy and day-dreams, and the only way which we can escape from such an unreal world is to have faith.
