This study is the basic research about sexual equality for women's participation in labor. To search consciousness about expected level of children's education and sexual equality in Korea, the survey was made up of stratified random sampling on 1420 cases. Conclusions : First, consciousness about sexual equality can be explained by expected level of children's education. Second, sex is the most powerful variable that influences the expected levels of children's education. Third, in general, consciousness about sexual equality is comparatively high, but inherent consciousness is not.
