The purpose of the study is to observe growth rate, cholesterol, triglyceride end protein content in blood of albino rats in the caffeine, cholesterol, cholic acid and fat diet fed groups, The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) The final body weight of the B, F, J groups(feeding of caffeine supplemented with basal diet) less decreased than that of other group. 2) The liver weight of the C, G, K groups (feeding of cholesterol and cholic acid supplemented with basal diet) increased more than that of other groups. 3) The cholesterol contents in the serum of the D,H,L groups(feeding of cholesterol, cholic acid and caffeine supplemented with basal diet) increased more than that of other groups. 4) The triglycerides contents in the serum of the L group increased more than that of the I group(30% fat). 5) There were no difference in serum protein level between the experimental group and control group.
