  • 68

Major findings are as follows : The level of housework sharking between husband and wife is very low, and the wives perceived that they are disadvantaged because of their dual burdens, job and housework. So the wives' marital satisfaction is lower than the husbands' marital satisfaction. Among the three theoretical approaches, the role homophily theory and perceived-equity theory are validated in case of wives' marital satisfaction. not husbands' marital satisfaction.
