The Case Study on the Sharing of Household Work in Dual-Earner Household-for Balancing Work

The purpose of this study to make employed women balance work and family responsibilities by sharing the household work between couples. In this study, changes in labor market related to married women and household work load of them are presented. And case study is performed to investigate the extent and principles which couples share the household work. Husband in case study think that the husband work is not their responsibilities, so they just help their wives do the household work as assistants. And they don't have skills and knowledges about it. To improve this circumstance, conscoinsness-raising and technique-learning education about household work are needed.
