The Case Study to Family Resource Management of Family Business

The purpose of this study is to analyse the real state and problems of the family business. This study accomplished the qualitative survey to households which run the family business. Interviewees are husbands, wives, children or relatives who work in family business. The results are ar follows; First, housewives in family business have heavy workload because they participate to family business in full time or part time and take the responsible of household work. So, they have to learn how to control the overweighted workload effectively. Second, the earnings and wealth of household and business are mixed and confused. So, owner have to share the output through business activity after analysing the financial states of two systems. Third, family business have advantages in the aspects of use of potential labor and time management. But family members need to control the various conflicts and make a rule about their roles and wages.
