The Study on the Reorganization toward 「Head of Family & Family」Provisions in the Civil Code

Now, we try to the abrogation of the head of family. We can choose the different kinds of programs concerned with the reorganization toward the bead of family. There are many discussions on it, such as the perfect abrogation and preparation for its law & system, bringing in the patriarchal system as a like Taiwan and Swiss, the maintenance of the current system etc.. And if we shall choose these programs by way of the social consent, we must consider the various problems with legal system for its support.
