한국 무역업체의 공급체인관리(SCM) 도입 요인에 관한 실증연구

The purpose of this thesis can be summarized into tWo areas; I) to investigate that those success factors collected from the existing literature relating to the decjsion making of the SCM are perceived by the trade companies; 2) to suggest the proved success factors to help the trade companies minimize trial and error in the introduction of SCM. Factor analysis technique was adopted to draw success factors by setting hypothesis. As the result of the hypothesis test conducted for those nine main factors, 6 factors (integration and strategy of supply chain, degree of share, perception or support of the top management, the baniers in organizations, exchange of communication, and infonnation technology) were supported but the rest of 3 factors (generation of value added, collaboration and alliance, and reliability) were not supported. The results can be utilized by the trade companies in line with adopting SCM for their business.
