The propose of this paper is to examine the actual state of Electronic Commerce(EC) application and hardships of domestic enterprise, and examine how EC impact on international trljde practice and in the base of above outI:<It, try to find a solutions of promoting EC. Accon:ling to this survey, many enterprises aggressively make use of EC in the field of abroad market survey, advertisement but make little use of EC in credit inquiry, offer and acceptance, formation of conttact, payment, claims and so on. In implementing each stage of EC, there are some obstacles as follows; a shortage of a specialist in performing EC, insufficient of logistics systems, policy support and reliable payment system, risk 01 individual information leakage, and lack of reliable certificate authority. Therefore, in order to facilitate international trade using electronic commerce, it is required to improve various international laws and regulations, unify international laws, promote the ttade leads sites, establish international certificate authority, electronic payment system,; and logistics information system and develop expert training programing related to EC.
