A Study on the Some Considerations of Indemnity of Insurance of Losses caused by Strike

Strike is very pure body of the industrial actions by workmen and presently very wido qprating general industrial actions. But the latest refusal situation of transpcrtation of Korea Cargo Transport Wodkers Union proves that the strike will be serious factor in the transpcrtation of the exports and imports cargo, and be recognized as the most risk to be prepared far operating the marine adventure. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to expiain the losses causerl by the strike and studying the limits of the possibility of indem1ity in the cargo insurance clauses. Because the cargo insurance clauses has been provided that "This insurance is subjected to English law and Practice", in this paper, firstly the provision of cargo insurance clauses by the strike and the principle of construction of English Court should be studied After understanding typrs of losses caused by the strike, and then the limits of the possibility of indemnity in the cargo insurance clauses was examined.
