A Patient (Korean native cow, 4 years old, 300 kg, female), with chief complaint of anorexia for long period was admitted to the Chungnam national University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. At necropsy findings, hard masses of necrotic fat were located in the omentum, rectum, kidney, colon, heart and thoracic cavity, respectively. The yellowish changes also were observed in liver, spleen and lung, respectively. In histopathological findings, fatty accumulation was observed by microscopic observation in each organ of fatty masses. Hamatological analysis revealed the low levels of Hb, PCV and neutrophil. Blood chemical analysis indicated the high concentration of Cholestelol and Triglyceride. That patient was diagnosed as typical case of lipomatosis by clinical, blood, blood chemical and pathological examinations.
