레크리에이션 지도자의 프로그램개발 현황에 관한 분석

The purpose of this study was to suggest the trend of the program invention of recreation leader in Korean society. It makes it possible to understand the realm of program invention of recreation leader.<BR> The subjects for this study were male and female recreation leaders who are working in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The method of data collection was Convenience sampling method. Total 400 questionnaires were used and 305 questionnaires were used in this study. For the data analysis, SPSS 8.0 Package was used. Especially, Frequency and chi-square analysis were effectively used. The following were results of the study.<BR> Firstly, based on the differences of social demographic characteristics, the program invention was variously revealed. Male recreation leader usually treated the program for the adults, and female leader works for all age groups, except for the old.<BR> Secondly, The recreation leaders who majored on the field of art and physical education, and who graduated the Junior college were interested in the program development for the kindergarten pupils.<BR> Thirdly, in the specific field of program, male recreation leader focused on the event related to physical activity and game. On the other hand, female leader treated on the dance program.<BR> Lastly, The source of developing program were from TV, radio, movie and peer groups.
