사무직 여성근로자의 인구통계학적 특성과 근무 조건이 여가 제약에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to figure out leisure constraint and life satisfaction according to demographic variables of female urban workers and consequently, to aim at active involvement in leisure activity and improvement of quality of life by understanding differences and influence of life satisfaction according to leisure constraint factors.<BR> Subjects of this study were 277 female workers in urban area. The research method used in this study was questionnaire which measured the demographic variables, leisure constraints, and life satisfaction.<BR> Based on the procedures and results, the following conclusions were warranted:<BR> First, there were statistically significant differences in structual constraints according to age and length of employment in results of analyzing leisure constraints according to demographic variables. Also, there were statistically significant differences in intrapersonal constraints according to academic carrier, length of employment, and martial status and there were statistically significant differences in interpersonal constraints according to academic carrier.<BR> Second, there were statistically significant differences in life satisfaction according to age, academic carrier, and martial status in results of analyzing life satisfaction according to demographic variables. There were no other differences according to length of employment.<BR> Third, the subjects could be divided into 3 clusters, which are named `social-constraint`, `personal-constraint`, and `low-constraint` based on their leisure constraint factor scores. Cluster patterns had statistically significant effect on life satisfaction in the result of one-way ANOVA and `social-constraint` cluster had higher level of life satisfaction than `personal-constraint` cluster in the result of Scheffe post-hoc. Also, structual constraint and interpersonal constraint had statistacally significant effect on life satisfaction in regression analysis results of the effect of leisure constraints on life satisfaction.
