We call carryover of Phenomenon that mist flow though out mist eliminator to outlet duct of absorber in FGD(Flue Gas Desulfurization) system. and we can judge performance of mist eliminator by entrance weight of mist at mist eliminator surface. It is come from ununiformity of gas velocity, quantity of gas velocity in condition of scaling and plugging at mist eliminator. Consequently velocity of treated gas in front of mist eliminator should be limited. It is important design parameter to judge performance of FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) that efficiency of reaction liquid with gas increase by making uniform gas distribution in absorber, and maintain velocity of gas in the range of no carryover. In this study, We consider deflection of gas flow by performing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) about gas flow in absorber constructed at power plant, and analysis pattern of gas flow in absorber after installing perforated plate at outlet duct of absorber as a reform mesure.
