The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of diet and combined exercise training on Serum Lipids and Health-Related Fitness in postpartum obesity. Subjects who gained weight more than 5kg after delivery were recruited and underwent combined weight and aerobic exercise for 8 weeks. The results were as follows 1. In blood lipid profiles, triglyceride was decreased significantly. Total cholesterol and LDL-C had a tendency to be decreased slightly and HDL-C had a tendency to be increased slightly but there was no statistical significant difference. 2. In the case of Physical Fitness, Flexibility, Muscular Strength. Power, and Cardiorespiratory Fitness were increased significantly after Exercise training. Two of them, Power and l\luscular Strength, were significantly different between groups. In conclusion, our study suggested that diet and combined exercise intervention for 8 weeks had a benefit of improvement of Health-Related fitness, But Serum Lipids. These result may be explained by shortness of exercise training period and weak exercise intensity.
