사상체질 분류에 따른 운동선수들의 식습관에 관한 연구

In medical science of Sasang, it has carried out the way of health development through the application of right usage and dosage, simultaneously considering dietary and medicinal efficacy of foods.<BR> Therefore, this study had the purpose not only to offer the fundamental data which are informative to increase athletic abilities but also to proffer efficiency self-management of players by means of the study on dietary habits of athletes according to classification of Sasang types. In methodology of the study, it was used by QSCC(Ⅱ) which was developed in the class of department of Sasang medicine in herb medicine hospital of Kyunghee University and by classification of types through pictures of players (face tongue, palm, the back of the hand, body) and by the examination of foods` preference and habits.<BR> It was analyzed by the SPSS and the subject of investigation was male and female 156 players who belong to 10events in `K` university and the result of the study was as followed.<BR> 1) When the types of players were classified, it was present Taeeum-in 79 persons(51.0%), Soyang-in 45 persons(29.0%), Soeum-in 31 persons(20.0%), but Taeyang-in did not exist.<BR> 2) In the difference of preference of foods according to the classification of Sasang types of players, it presented that job`s tears among cereals were good for the Taeeum-in with the degree of 5.1l±1.39 / perfect 7, shrimps among fishes and shellfishes for Soeum-in with the 5.90±1.39, apricots and kiwis amongst fruits highly for all types, and cabbages among vegetables for Soeum-in with the 5.01±1.5l.<BR> 3) In the analysis of players` dietary habits in accordance with classification of Sasang types, it was present that Soeum-in persons slowly have foods in `they eat foods slowly and comfortably` but it did not show the difference amongst types in `they have something till feeling satiation` or `they prefer to eat hot foods`. In general, it showed that they havesomething till feeling satiation or prefer to eat hot foods, but it did not display the difference amongst types.<BR> 4) In the analysis of BMI in terms of players` classification of Sasang types, Taeeum-in persons were revealed the highest one with M=24.18, and those people showed more over-weighted ones than other persons of Sasang types (p<.001).
