주거학 전공자의 진출분야 확대모색 - 건축물 안전ㆍ환경 진단분야를 중심으로

It is a positive phenomenon to diversify of a work field of housing leaners, and a number of people are trying to expand its field. Also, undergraduate students in the department of housing should be prepared for their future. Thus, the three purposes of this study were to make clear of work fields, to search certificates of qualification for housing learners, and to understand the characteristics of two fields examining safety and environment of building and the requirements of housing learners for penetrating those fields. For carrying out those first two purposes, library and internet surveys were performed. Questionnaire survey was carried out for third purpose. Respondents were 57 executives of companies examining safety and environment of building. This study suggested housing learners the way how they prepare for the professional business of the future effectively.
