지역성 반영 아파트 계획을 위한 청주의 지역특성 고찰

The purpose of this study is to select the local characteristics of Cheongju for apartment planning reflecting locality. Library and internet surveys were performed from September 2003 to January 2004. Surveys and analysis were performed to summarize the concept of locality in housing and to collect the local factors of Cheongju, and to grasp the current factors of designing apartment estates which were representing locality and traditionalism. The following local characteristics of Cheongju for apartment planning reflecting locality were selected; geographical position without a coastline and continental climate as natural environment; customs and cultural assets as human environment; population characteristics(percentage of student was high) as social environment; the old walled city plan, `Garosu-Gil`, and insufficiency of cultural facilities as civil environment.
