간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상수행능력이 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향

Influence of Nursing Students' Self-leadership and Clinical Competence on Clinical Practice Satisfaction

이 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십, 임상수행능력과 임상실습만족도에 대한 관계를 파악하고, 임상실습만족도에 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력이 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구이다. 자료수집은 2019년 5월1일부터 5월 16일까지 조사하여, 186부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였으며 SPSS/WIN 28.0통해 분석하였다. 대상자의 셀프리더십의 평균은 3.44점이고, 임상수행능력의 평균은 3.82점, 임상실습만족도의 평균은 3.69점으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도는 셀프리더십(r=.221, p=.002)과 임상수행능력(r=.262, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력(r=.050, p=.494)은 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 셀프리더십(&#x03B2;=.251, p<.001)과 임상수행능력(&#x03B2;=.208, p=.003)으로 나타났고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 10.4%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 셀프리더십과 임상수행능력을 향상시킬수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

This study is to understand the relationship between self-leadership, clinical competence, and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, and to investigate the effect of self-leadership and clinical competence on clinical practice satisfaction. Data collection was conducted from May 1 to May 16, 2019, and 186 questionnaires were used for analysis and analyzed through SPSS/WIN 28.0. The average of the participants's self-leadership was 3.44 points, the average of clinical competence was 3.82 points, and the average of clinical practice satisfaction was 3.69 points. Satisfaction with clinical practice was found to have a positive correlation with self-leadership(r=.221, p=.002) and clinical competence(r=.262, p<.001), and self-leadership and clinical performance(r=.050, p=.494) showed no correlation. The variables affecting clinical practice satisfaction were self-leadership(&#x03B2;=.251, p<.001) and clinical competence(&#x03B2;=.208, p=.003), and the explanatory power of these variables was 10.4%. Therefore, in order to increase the satisfaction of nursing students in clinical practice, it is necessary to develop a program that can improve self-leadership and clinical competence.
