수혜사업장 실태조사에 의한 소규모 사업장 안전보건 기술지원사업 실효성 강화방안

전 사업장의 산업재해를 최소화하기 위해 정부는 다양한 안전보건정책을 발굴하여 적극적으로 운영하고 있다. 국내 사업장의 안전보건관리 역량은 사업장의 규모에 따라 큰 차이가 있으며 특히 50인 미만 사업장에서는 안전관리가 어려운 실정으로 이에 재해율은 상대적으로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이에 정부는 소규모 사업장의 안전보건확립을 위해서 안전보건기술지원사업을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전보건기술지원사업의 혜택을 받고 있는 소규모 사업장의 실태조사를 통해 본 사업의 내실화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
