청소년의 자아존중감과 진로준비행동의 관계:교사의 지지와 부모 양육태도의 이중매개효과노 승 현* 연구 목적: 본 연구는 청소년의 자아존중감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 교사의 지지와 부모 양육태도는 어떠한 영향을 주는지 확인하고, 청소년들이 자신의 진로를 구체화하기 위한 제도개선과 정책적 접근을 제시하는 데 목적을 둔다. 연구방법: I지역 중학교 및 고등학교 재학중인 1, 2, 3학년 청소년을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 875명을 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 정규성검증, 상관관계분석, 이중매개효과 등 분석절차에 따라 순차적으로 진행하였다. 연구내용: 청소년의 자아존중감과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 교사의 지지, 부모 양육태도의 상관관계 및 이중매개효과를 검증하여 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 자아존중감, 교사의 지지, 부모 양육태도는 진로준비행동에 정적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 모든 경로에서 진로준비행동에 정적으로 유의미한 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 교사의 지지와 부모 양육태도는 이중매개효과가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 청소년들이 체계적으로 진로를 준비하고 구체화할 수 있도록 가정에서의 역할과 학교에서의 역할을 동시에 제안하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 둔다. 핵심어: 청소년, 자아존중감, 진로준비행동, 교사의 지지, 부모 양육태도 □ 접수일: 2023년 5월 9일, 수정일: 2023년 5월 28일, 게재확정일: 2023년 6월 20일＊ 한서대학교 연구조교수(Professor, Hanseo Univ., Email: iz_cat@nate.com)
The Effects of Self-esteem on Career Preparation Behavior of Youth:Mediating Effects of Teacher’s Support and Parenting AttitudeSeunghyun Roh Abstract: The Effect of this study was to examine the effects of teacher’s support and parenting attitude on the relationship between youths’ self-esteem and career preparation behavior, and to suggest institutional improvement and policy approach for youths to specify their career. An online survey was conducted on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students in middle and high schools in Region I, and 875 students were used for the final analysis. The collected data were processed sequentially according to the analysis procedures such as descriptive statistics, normality verification, correlation analysis, and double mediating effect. In the relationship between self-esteem and career preparation behavior of youths, the correlation between teacher’s support and parenting attitude and the dual mediating effect were verified and statistically significant results were derived. First, self-esteem, teacher’s support, and parenting attitude had a positive correlation with career preparation behavior Second, career preparation behavior had a positive significant effect on all paths Third, teacher’s support and parenting attitude had a double mediating effect. Based on these results, this study is meaningful in that it suggests the role of home and school at the same time so that youths can systematically prepare and materialize their careers.
