빈곤 원인 인식과 불평등 인식이 복지태도에 미치는 영향연구

A Study on Influences of the Awareness of Poverty Cause and Inequality on Welfare Attitude.

This research thesis studied influences of the awareness of inequality and poverty cause on welfare attitude. For this purpose, this thesis utilized an optional study on the awareness of welfare according to Korea Welfare Panel Study 2013. The analytic research outcome shows that as for relative distribution support, all factors except for the awareness of tax burden inequality, and as for universal welfare pursuit, all factors except for the awareness of fate and the awareness of tax burden inequality have had influences. Concerning the support of increased tax highly related to direct policies, all factors except for the awareness of individual responsibility, and regarding a demand for decreased welfare, all factors except for the awareness of fate have had influences. With regard to the awareness of national responsibility, the awareness of individual responsibility, the awareness of fate as sub-factors of the awareness of poverty; and the awareness of income distribution inequality and the awareness of tax burden inequality as sub-factors of the awareness of social structural responsibility and inequality- all have had influences.

이 연구는 복지태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 불평등 지각과 빈곤 원인 인식의 영향력을 연구하였다. 연구자료는 2013년 한국복지패널조사의 복지인식에 대한 부가조사를 사용하였다. 분석결과 상대적 분배옹호에는 세금부담 불평등 지각을 제외한 모든 요인이, 보편적 복지지향에는 운명인식과 세금부담 불평등 지각을 제외한 모든 요인이 영향을 미치고 있었다. 직접적인 정책과 관련이 높은 증세찬성에는 사회구조적 책임인식을 제외한 모든 요인이, 국가책임 인식에는 운명인식을 제외한 모든 요인이 영향을 미치고 있었고, 빈곤층 지원축소요구는 운명인식과 세금부담 불평등 지각을 제외한 모든 요인이 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 사회구조적 책임 인식이 높아질수록 상대적으로 성장과 선별적 복지를 옹호하고 빈곤층 지원 확대요구는 높아지고 국가책임 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모든 복지 태도에 소득분배 불평등 인식이 영향을 미치고 있었고, 세금부담 불평등 지각은 증세와 국가책임 인식에 영향을 미치고 있었다.
