This study explores the main sources of emotional labor and job stress; and how these factors affect job attitude. The emotional labor is regarded as an important area in tourism and service industries in reference to concealing own feelings and understanding customers at their position. The job stress which is a variable of job satisfaction, job immersion and job turnover is examined in various preceding researches. The purpose of the study is to research how ground crew members’ emotional labor and job stress variables influence upon the job immersion and job satisfaction, which are the primary factors of job attitude. The results are analysed by SPSS 15.0 window version to carry out frequent analysis, reliability analysis and factor analysis. The results also conduct both single regression and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing.
