This research asks and answers for the questions of "why, what, and how" of nurturing Christian alternative school teachers, and suggests three future tasks regarding those as follows. (1) The purpose of nurturing Christian alternative school teachers is to raise and produce teachers who are called by God, filled with the Spirit, held in Christian maturity, and intellectually well-prepared. (2) Christian alternative school teacher nurturing program needs to deal with the calling as a Christian (alternative school) teacher, mature spirituality and character, general knowledge about education and teaching methods, ability to integrate the Christian worldview into each subject, and comprehensive introduction to Christian alternative schools in Korea. (3) Christian alternative school teacher nurturing program takes a model of "certificate program from ACSI and ACSI Korea" and a model of "certificate program through existing Christian higher education," while expecting future establishment of teacher"s college or university exclusively for nurturing Christian alternative school educators. (4) For better nurturing Christian alternative school teachers, there are to be more interests and supports from Korean churches and seminaries, practical infra systems, and consistent and diverse teacher education programs.
