한국 엔터테인먼트 산업 발전을 위한 교육 전략과 방향성 -대학원 공연 예술 및 엔터테인먼트 교육을 중심으로

Education Strategies and Directions for the Development of the Korea Entertainment Industry -Focused on Graduate School Performing Arts and Entertainment Dducation

본 연구는 한국 엔터테인먼트 산업의 발전에 따른공연 예술 및 엔터테인먼트 관련 대학원 교육과정에대한 전략과 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 배우의 역할은 전통적인 무대예술 배우뿐만 아니라 OTT 환경에 적응하고 1인 크리에이터로서 역량을 펼치는 SNS 인플루언서, 쇼 호스트, 예능인, MC등의 다양한 엔터테이너 분야를 포괄 한다. 대학 교육을 기반으로 한 대학원 교육에 동시대 트랜드를 읽고 반영하여 학생들이 직업 현장에서 즉각적으로 실천할 수 있는 실용적인 학문을 제공함으로써, 공연 예술 및 엔터테인먼트 분야를 이끌어 갈 창의적이고 재능 있는 예술가와 전문가를 양성 할 수있다. 본 연구를 위한 분석 방법은 논문, 저술서, 보도 자료 및 각 대학의 웹 사이트 자료를 수집하였으며 국내 대학과 대학원의 교과목 현황을 분석하여새로운 방향성을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 산업과 교육이 긴밀하게 연계되는 현장 중심의 교육과정, 융합교육과정, 그리고 적극적인 에듀테크의 활용 등이 필요하며, 이러한 방법들을 적극적으로 적용하여 운영한다면 미래 산업에서 필요한 실무 역량을 갖춘 인재 양성과 산업의 지속적인 발전을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 대학원 교육의 대한 고찰과 심도 있는 다각적인 연구가 지속 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to present strategies and directions for graduate curriculum related to performing arts and entertainment according to the development of the entertainment industry in Korea. The role of actors in the entertainment industry encompasses not only traditional stage art actors but also various celebrities such as SNS influencers, show hosts, entertainers, and MCs who adapt to the OTT environment and show their capabilities as one-person creators. By reading and reflecting modern trends in graduate education based on undergraduate education, students can cultivate creative and talented artists and experts who will lead the field of performing arts by providing practical learning that they can practice immediately at work. The analysis method of this study presented a new direction by collecting papers, publications, press releases, and website data from each university and analyzing the current status of domestic universities and graduate schools. In conclusion, practical skills required for future industry can be cultivated and sustained industrial growth achieved if these methods such as field-centered education programs, convergent educational courses, and active utilization of edutech are actively applied and operated. Based on this study, it is expected that consideration and in-depth multilateral research on graduate education will continue.
