The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of airline cabin crew organizational power on job stress and job performance. The data collection method for the empirical analysis of this study was carried out for the cabin crews who were working or currently working in the full service carrier. From May 1 to May 15, 2018, questionnaires were distributed through online questionnaires and a total of 226 copies were analyzed statistically. The results of analysis on the effect of organizational power on job stress were all significant. The analysis of the effects of organizational power factors on job performance showed that coercive and lawful power had significant influence. Job stress has a significant effect on job performance. This study suggests the effects of organizational power factors on job stress and job performance, and includes suggestions for improving human resources management and job performance of airlines.
