본 연구는 학교폭력 피해 청소년의 사회적 지지와 스마트폰 중독 경향성의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 횡단적, 서술적 조사연구이다. 4개 중학교에 재학 중인 학생을 편의표집하였고, 스마트폰을 사용하고, 학교폭력피해 경험이 있는 168명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0, PROCESS macro version 4.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학교폭력 피해 청소년의 사회적 지지는 스마트폰 중독 경향성에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않았다. 우울은 사회적 지지와 스마트폰 중독 경향성 관계에서 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학교폭력 피해 청소년의 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위해 청소년의 사회적 지지 강화와 우울 예방을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 생태학적 모델을 기반으로 학교폭력 피해 청소년의 사회적 지지와 스마트폰 중독 경향성의 관계에서 중요한 심리적 매커니즘에 초점을 두었고, 사회적 지지의 효과를 규명하였다는 의의가 있다.
This study aims to examine the mediating roles of depression on the relationship between social support (family, teacher, friends) and smartphone addiction tendency of adolescents who experienced of bullying victimization. This study is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. Students attending four public middle school located were conveniently sampled, and 168 students who used smartphones and experienced of bullying victimization were selected as subjects. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, and PROCESS macro version 4.0. The results showed that the social support of adolescent had not direct effect on smartphone addiction tendency. Also, depression played an mediating role in the relation between social support and smartphone addiction tendency. Therefore, in order to prevent smartphone addiction among adolescents who experienced of bullying victimization, it is necessary to develop intervention programs for strengthening social support and preventing depression. Based on the ecological model, this study is meaningful in that it focuses on the important psychological mechanisms in the relationship between the social support and smartphone addiction tendency of bullying victimization adolescent and examines the effect of social support.
