This paper aims to analyze the enough constructions whose configuration disobeys a canonical DP structure. The surface word order of enough constructions is intriguing since the superficial position of enough and the structure of an AP containing enough outside the relevant nominal expression, a DP, do seem quite peculiar. I discuss many different morpho-syntactic properties of enough and highlight the DP-internal and DP-external occurrences of enough, which are named DP-internal and DP-external enough constructions, respectively. I propose that DP-external enough constructions are derived by Predicate AP movement from a reduced relative clause converted by Whiz Deletion. AP moves from CP into the specifier position of FocusP above CP. AP moves again to the specifier position of FP followed by the first movement into the Spec of FocusP. In conclusion, these two-step movements followed by Whiz Deletion lead to the derivation of DP-external enough constructions.
