목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학 운동선수들의 재능기부 적용사례를 통한 재능기부의 의미를 분석하고 이를 통해 대학생 재능기부의 방향 탐색 및 향후 운영방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 방법: 대학 운동선수들의 재능기부에 참여한 G광역시 소재 9개 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교에 재학 중인 202명을 대상으로재능기부의 만족도와 효과성에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 9개의 수혜 학교에서 각 2명씩, 총 18명의 수혜 학생과 C대학교에 재학 중인 운동선수 8명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 기술통계분석을, 심층면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 첫째, 수혜 학생들은 대학 운동선수 재능기부에 대한 만족도와 효과성을 매우 높게 평가하였다. 둘째, 수혜학생들에게 ‘재능기부자의 전문성과 원활한 소통’, ‘알찬 수업내용과 효과적인 수업방식’으로 재능기부의 만족도가다가왔으며, ‘실력 향상과 함께 관심과 흥미의 증진’, ‘재능기부와 관련 기관에 대한 인식 개선’ 등으로 재능기부의효과를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘배움에서 가르침으로 다시 배움으로’, ‘수업 지도 및 관리기술 향상’, ‘지도자의 입장 공감(共感)’, ’재능기부에 대한 참여 의지 고취‘등으로 재능기부자의 경험적 의미가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 대학운동선수들의 재능기부의 적용사례를 조사 및 분석하였고, 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학 운동선수들의 재능기부 관련 시스템 개발이나 다른 분야의 재능기부 관련 운영 방안의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the meaning of talent donation through the application case of talent donation by university athletes, and to explore the direction of talent donation for college students and present future operation plans. Method: The satisfaction and effectiveness of talent donation were surveyed on 202 students attending 9 elementary, middle, and high schools in G Metropolitan City, and data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with a total of 18 students and 8 athletes attending C University. Data collected through the survey were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, and data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed using an inductive category analysis method. Results: First, students highly evaluated the satisfaction and effectiveness of sports talent donation for college athletes. Second, it was found that beneficiary students experienced the satisfaction of sport talent donation through "professional and smooth communication of talent donors" and "high-quality content and effective class management," and experienced the effect of sports talent donation by "improved skills and increased interest." and "improving awareness of talent donation and related organizations.". Third, the empirical meaning of sports talent donors was derived by "from learning to teaching", "improvement of instructional skills", "empathy of leaders who teach themselves", and "inspiring willingness to participate in talent donation". Conclusion: This study investigated and analyzed the application cases of talent donation by university athletes, and although many social donors are making talent donations in various fields, there were not many studies suggesting problems or supplementary measures. Based on the results of this study, it can be used as basic data.
