본 연구는 CQI의 체계적 모델 구축을 위한 사전 연구로서 A대학의 교과목 CQI에 나타난 키워드 분석과 설계 요인 추출에 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 5,285건의 CQI 주관식 응답을 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 분석하였다. 전처리 결과를 바탕으로 상위 30개의 주제어를 추출하고, 토픽 모델링을 통해 역량기반교육, 체험중심교육, 문제해결중심교육, 실제적학습지원, 학습자맞춤형 수업설계, 수업평가의 6개 주제군을 도출하였다. 추출된 상위 키워드들은 수업 질 개선을 위한 교수자의 성찰 노력을 나타내며, CQI 항목 재구성을 통한 가이드 제공의 필요성을 확인해준다. 본 연구 결과, 대학의 특수성과 비전을 반영한 교과목 CQI 작성에 대한 필요성을 환기하여 A대학 CQI의 체계적 설계를 위한 토대를 마련했다는 점에 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the keywords and extract the design factors shown in the A university course CQI as a preliminary study for systematic CQI model construction. For this purpose, 5,285 course CQI responses have been analyzed through text mining. Based on the preprocessing results, the top 30 topic terms have been extracted, and six topic groups (competency-based education, experience-oriented education, problem- solving-oriented education, practical learning support, learner-tailored class design, and class evaluation) have been derived through topic modeling. The extracted high-ranking keywords indicated the instructor’s reflective efforts to improve the quality of classes while confirming the necessity of providing a guide through the reorganization of CQI items. The research results are significant in that this evoked the need to write a course CQI that reflects the university’s specificity and vision, and also laid the foundation for the systematic CQI design of the A university.
