시민참여형 SNS 기록서비스 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 환경운동연합 SNS 기록 중심으로 -

A Study on Improving a Service of a Participatory SNS Archive: Focused on SNS Records of Korean Federation For Environmental Movement

개인의 SNS 기록은 개인이 생성한 기록이지만 개인이 기관과 관련된 활동을 한 것을 기록한 것이라면 기관 활동의 증거 가치를 지니고 있으며 공적인 영역의 기록으로서 역할을 할 수 있다. 시민참여가 중심인 기관에서 시민의 SNS 기록을 관리하여 서비스하지 않는다는 것은 기관의 핵심 기록을 잃어버리는 행위이다. 이 연구는 환경운동연합 SNS 기록을 연구대상으로 선정하여 기관 활동의 증거 가치를 지닌 SNS 기록을 효과적으로 서비스할 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Private SNS records are records for personal activities. However, if a private SNS record described an activity related to an public institution, it became a part of the evidence that proved institutional activities. Losing a NGO’s SNS records is losing core records of the institution. Therefore, management and service for SNS records of NGOs should be crucial issues for NGOs’ archival services. This study aims to investigate current problems of Korea Federation for Environmental Movenment(KFEM) SNS records and suggest strategies for the management of SNS records and for SNS archival services on the KFEM website.
