IoT를 활용하는 환자 실시간 모니터링 시스템 구현

Implementation of Real-time Patient Monitoring System Utilizing IoT

전 세계에는 사는 곳 근처에 적절한 병원이 없어 건강에 영향을 받는 사람들이 아직도 많이 있다. 이와 같은 병원 접근 문제를 해결하기 위해서 사물인터넷을 활용할 수 있다. IoT 기반 스마트 의료 기술은 소득을 높 이고 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있지만 보안과 안전이 손상되면 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 저가의 장치 및 센서를 사용하여 환자의 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 특히, 다수의 센서를 사용하여 환자의 상태 정보를 취득하고 이 정보를 클라우드로 전송하여 실시간으로 모니터링을 수 행하였다. 환자 정보의 보안을 위해서 IoT 클라우드 서비스를 도입하였고 이를 통해서 실시간 모니터링도 수행할 수 있었다. 실제 구현을 통해서 제안하는 시스템이 정상적으로 동작함을 알 수 있었다.

The Internet of Things can be used to solve such hospital access problems. IoT-based smart medical technology can increase incomes and improve quality of life, but it can pose problems when security and safety are compromised. To this end, in this study, a system for real-time monitoring of a patient"s condition was designed and implemented using a low-cost device and sensor. In particular, patient status information was acquired using multiple sensors, and this information was transmitted to the cloud for real-time monitoring. For the security of patient information, IoT cloud service was introduced, and real-time monitoring could be performed through it. Through actual implementation, it was found that the proposed system operates normally.
