사용자 경험 평가분석에 의한 중국 모바일 헬스케어 앱의 UI디자인 연구

A Study on UI Design of Mobile Healthcare App in China by User Experience Evaluation Analysis

코로나19 사태가 발생하면서 중국의 모바일 헬스케어 앱 시장이 다시 한번 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 3개의 중국모바일 헬스케어 앱 UI 디자인에 대해 분석하고 도출된 사용자 경험 평가 항목을 토대로 평가 결과를 분석하여, 향후 중국모바일 헬스케어 앱을 제작할 때 활용할 수 있도록 기준을 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ‘닥터 딩샹(Doctor Ding Xiang)’, ‘위 닥터(We Doctor)’, ‘웨이 마이(Wei Mai)’를 선정하여 3개 앱의 UI디자인을 분석하고 사용자경험 평가 요소에 따라 중국 모바일 헬스케어를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 사용자를 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 통해서 사용자 경험의 평가 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, "닥터 딩샹"의 사용자 경험이 "위 닥터", "위이 마이" 보다는 우수하나, 만족성을제고해야 한다. 둘째, "위 닥터"는 발견성과 만족성을 제고해야 하며, 메뉴의 옵션이 합리적이고 차별화되도록 해야 한다. 또내비게이션 설정은 간단명료하여 사용자의 조작 시간을 절약해야 한다. 셋째, "위이 마이"는 사용성과 만족성을 제고해야 한다. 메뉴의 구조는 사용자가 쉬워야 하고 사용자의 조작에 오류가 생겼을 때, 즉시 알림으로써 두 번 다시 오류가 생기지않도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로 "위이마이"는 발견성을 제고해야 한다. 앱은 내비게이션과 위치추적 요소를 잘 제공해 사용자가 원하는 정보를 빠르게 찾고 자기 위치를 알 수 있도록 해야 한다. 모바일 헬스케어 서비스가 점점 더 활성화됨에 따라본 연구결과의 실증적 기초토대를 기반으로 한계점을 보완하고 사용자 그룹을 세분화하여 모든 연령대의 사용자들이 좋은경험을 할 수 있는 모바일 헬스케어 앱의 지속적인 후속연구를 기대한다.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, China"s mobile healthcare app market is growing rapidly once again. The purpose of this study was to analyze the UI design of three Chinese mobile healthcare apps, analyze the evaluation results based on the derived user experience evaluation items, and prepare standards for future use in Chinese mobile healthcare apps. Therefore, in this study, "Doctor Ding Xiang", "We Doctor", and "Wei Mai" were selected to analyze the UI design of the three apps, and to select users who have used Chinese mobile healthcare according to user experience evaluation elements, and to derive user experience evaluation results through a survey. First, the user experience of "Doctor Dingxiang" is superior to that of "We Doctor" and "We My", but satisfaction should be improved. Second, "the Doctor above" should improve discovery and satisfaction, and ensure that the menu options are reasonable and differentiated. In addition, navigation settings should be simple and clear, saving the user"s operating time. Third, "Weimai" should improve usability and satisfaction. The structure of the menu should be easy for the user, and when an error occurs in the user"s operation, it should be notified immediately so that there is no error again. Finally, "Weimai" should enhance its discoverability. Apps should provide navigation and location tracking elements well so that users can quickly find the information they want and know their location. As mobile healthcare services become more and more active, we look forward to continuous follow-up research on mobile healthcare apps that allow users of all ages to have a good experience by supplementing limitations and segmenting user groups based on the empirical foundation of this study.
