본 연구는 진로준비행동과 취업스트레스와의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 조절효과를 알아보기 위한 것으로 대학생 413명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로준비행동, 취업스트레스, 진로결정 자기효능감 모두 유의미한 성차가 나타나지 않았으나, 진로준비행동, 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기효능감 모두 학년별로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 1, 2학년과 3, 4학년 모두 취업스트레스와 진로준비행동 간에 정적 상관을 보였으나, 1, 2학년은 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기효능감 간에 유의한 상관이 없었고, 3, 4학년은 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 3, 4 학년 집단만이 취업스트레스와 진로결정 자기효능감 간에 유의한 관련성이 나타났기 때문에 3, 4 학년 집단만을 대상으로 조절효과를 알아본 결과 유의미한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 진로 및 취업 관련 문제로 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생들을 진로 지도 및 상담할 때, 스스로 진로 문제를 해결할 수 있다는 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상할 수 있도록 도와주는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to take a close look at moderation effect of career decision-making self-efficacy within the relationship between career preparing behavior and jobs seeking stress in university students. The findings were as follows: First, in regards to personality stress was significantly higher in female students than male students. Secondly, as for the subordinate factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, in case of juniors and seniors, problem solving and job information, subordinate factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, led to significant prediction of jobs seeking stress. Third, when it comes to the relationship between career preparing behavior and jobs seeking stress, hierarchical regression analysis was done to find out the moderation effect of career decision-making self-efficacy. The results showed that there was significant interaction. The study proved that important to help them attain career decision-making self-efficacy rather than simply providing career-related information and urging them to engage in more preparation.
