본 연구는 청소년들이 올바른 자아정체감을 형성하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 전인교육 프로그램에서 진단하고, 인과모형에 의한 분석결과를 통해 향후 청소년 정책수립을 위한 시사점 및 방안을 제언하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형과 가설을 검증하기 위하여 전인교육 프로그램을 독립변수로, 자아정체감 형성을 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 진인교육 프로그램의 구성요인으로 수련활동, 자원봉사활동, 여가문화활동을 도출․제시하였고 자아정체감 형성의 구성요인으로 자아존중감, 성취동기, 사회성, 그리고 도덕성을 도출․제시하였다. 연구결과 먼저 수련활동은 자아존중감, 성취동기, 사회성, 도덕성에 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 특히 사회성 발달에 가장 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 사회성 발달이 필요한 청소년들에게는 다른 활동보다도, ‘수련활동’ 참여 활성화를 통해 자아정체감 형성 방안이 모색되어야 할 것으로 시사되었다. 둘째, 자원봉사활동은 자아존중감, 성취동기, 사회성, 도덕성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중에서도 자원봉사활동은 청소년의 도덕성 발달에 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년들의 도덕성 발달을 위해서는 자원봉사활동 프로그램의 개발과 참여 활성화가 모색되어야 할 것으로 시사되었다. 셋째, 여가문화활동은 자아존중감, 성취동기, 사회성, 도덕성에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이중에서 여가문화활동은 청소년의 자아존중감 형성에 효과가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년들의 자아존중감 발달을 위해서는 여가문화활동 프로그램의 개발과 참여 활성화가 모색되어야 할 것으로 시사되었다. 이상과 같은 실증분석 결과에 의하면 청소년 전인교육 프로그램은 자아정체감 형성에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되어 이에 대한 정책적 방안이 모색되어야 할 것으로 시사되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이에 대한 시사점을 청소년 정책수립을 위한 방안으로써 수련활동, 자원봉사활동, 그리고 여가문화활동 측면에서 제언하였다.
This study aims to diagnose factors that influence on proper self-identity development of adolescents through a whole person program and present suggestions for future adolescent policy through analysis of a causal model. As a result of the analysis, it was reported that training, voluntary service and leisure activities have an statistically significant influence on self-identity formation of adolescents except the motive to achieve, a member of dependant variables. First, training activities have a significant influence on self-esteem, motive to achieve, sociality and morality, especially on development of sociality. So it was suggested that for the adolescents who need to be socially developed, active participation in training activities should be recommended to promote self-identity formation. Second, it was reported that voluntary service has a statistically significant influence on self-esteem, motive to achieve, sociality and morality, and especially on morality development. Therefore, it was suggested that voluntary service program should be actively developed to help their morality development. Third, leisure and cultural activities have a statistically significant influence on self-esteem, motive to achieve, sociality and morality and especially on self-esteem formation. Therefore, it is suggested that leisure and cultural activity program should be actively developed to help their self-esteem development. According to the results of analyses, it was confirmed that the whole-person educational program is an important factor that influences on self-esteem formation. It is suggested that a development program should be politically promoted. Therefore, this study presents suggestions for a future adolescent educational program in view of training, voluntary service and leisure and cultural activities.
