대학생의 여가 동기 유형에 따른 레크리에이션 전문화 과정의 구조모형 분석

Investigating the structural model for the recreation specialization process of the college students based on the types of leisure motivation

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 여가동기 중 내적동기와 외적동기가 여가제약, 여가제약 협상 전략 및 레크리에이션 전문화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 집락무선표집법을 이용하여 다섯 개 대학에서 총 455명의 여가활동 참여 대학생을 표집하였다. 분석을 위하여 SPSS와 LISREL을 이용한 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모델 분석을 실행하였다. 분석한 결과 모든 변인을 측정하기 위한 문항의 신뢰도는 수용 가능한 수준을 나타냈으며, 측정모델의 확인적 요인분석 결과 구조모델을 위한 적합도를 확보하였다. 구조방정식모델 분석 결과, 첫째, 내적동기는 여가제약에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 여가제약 협상 전략에는 정적인 영향을 미치고 있고, 레크리에이션 전문화에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않지만 여가제약과 협상 전략을 통하여정적인 간접 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외적동기는 여가제약에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있으며,협상 전략에는 정적인 영향을 미치고 있고, 레크리에이션 전문화에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않지만 여가제약과 협상 전략을 통하여 정적인 간접 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가제약은 여가제약 협상 전략에 유의한영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 레크리에이션 전문화에는 부적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 여가제약 협상 전략은 레크리에이션 전문화에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on leisure constraint,leisure constraint negotiation, and recreation specialization for college students. A total of 455 students selected by the cluster random sampling method at five universities participated in the current study. To accomplish the purpose of the study, the reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis were employed. The main findings are as follows: First, intrinsic motivation had a negative effect on leisure constraint, a positive effect on leisure constraint negotiation, and an indirect positive effect on recreation specialization. Second, extrinsic motivation had a positive effect on leisure constraint negotiation and an indirect positive effect on recreation specialization. Third, leisure constraint did not have a effect on negotiation and had a negative effect on recreation specialization. Finally, leisure constraint negotiation had a positive influence on recreation specialization.
